LISTINGS: All signs must adhere to the rules as outlined in the Realtor Package link below. One sign is allowed and they can be special ordered from Frames and Things in New Port Richey as well as other sign vendors or your choice.
OPEN HOUSES: Open Houses are welcome with prior approval. An open house flyer must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the desired date. Once approved by our manager, you will supply the guards with copies to distribute to your visitors. A sample flyer and map are supplied in the Realtor Package link below.
GOVERNING DOCUMENTS: Sellers must supply buyers with the HOA's governing documents and Rules and Regs. We have provided a link for these documents below. Buyers should be made aware of the restrictions and architectural controls (including but limited to fences, house colors, rental duration, assessments, etc).
BUYER APPROVAL: A Sale / Transfer form must be submitted to our manager and approved prior to the closing. There is no fee and this form is included in the Realtor Packet.
ESTOPPEL REQUESTS: Prior to closing, the title company must request an Estoppel from our manager at the contact info above at least 7 days prior to closing.
