 We are transitioning from a static list, which was only updated annually, to this on-line dynamic system which users may continually update. We are starting the list anew. If you previously recommended vendors and still do, you'll need to add their names and info in the new system. Since I just completed renovations at my home, I've populated the Directory with vendors who did good work for me very recently. I hope you find this Directory helpful. Our Members have requested a referral list in which residents may share the names of recommended service providers. To accomplish this, we solicit the names of recommended vendors for our new and improved Vendor Directory. If any Member has had an excellent experience and would recommend individuals or companies for work, we request that you enter their names and information in our Vendor Directory. This Vendor Directory is the compilation of entries from anyone and everyone in the community. Note the cautionary comments below.
The list provides a convenient place for you to start your search for a service provider since you will know that someone in the community liked the vendor well enough to place their name on the list. By the same token, if you had an unsatisfactory experience with a vendor in our Directory, please let everyone know by commenting. Please note that we will not publish any form of "black list" but we will not list vendors who have not served our residents well, as indicated by the feedback we receive. This is a Member created and managed list. While the intent is to include in the Directory only consistently recommended vendors, we have no direct control over the contents. If you do not find an appropriate category, please email the Association to suggest a new category.

Please approach hiring a recommended vendor with the same caution and concerns which you would use with any other potential service provider.
