We are the Harbour Watch Homeowners' Association, Inc., the creator and sponsor of this website (referred to at various times throughout this website as the "Association", "HOA" or "HWHOA"). Since Harbour Watch is a deed restricted community, the Association was created to own and maintain the common property and to govern and manage Harbour Watch in accordance with Florida law and legally binding documents applicable to all property in Harbour Watch and the owners of such property. The Association is a Florida non-profit corporation governed by a three person Board of Directors elected by the lot-owner members of the Association.
